A few of my family members have been before, but this was my 1st time.
Friendly service and fairly well maintained lanes. If you don't drink alcohol it's a fine place. If you drink bring your own liquor or look for drink specials - extremely over priced drinks.
As we walked in, we went to the kiosk to fill up cards with money. Any card used from multiple banks kept being declined. So no debit/credit access. Luckily, they have an ATM right next to the kiosk. So yes, let me pay a fee to give you money. No thanks.
It was "AWESOME" fun for everyone. Renting lanes by The hour was cheap fun, age varied 8-55 and we all enjoyed our time. It will now be a family fun stop in the near future. Highly recommend to all to add to your list of must things to do.
This place is great! This place is for children but I love to shoot hoops, drink beer in the bar, and the nachos are great! I love this place!
The food is not the finest IMO but the entertainment is quite good. Great place to bowl. They have tons of video games and even laser tag. It's kind of like a Dave and Busters but locally owned.
Then, we started playing games. First few worked fine. Other members of my family weren't being awarded their tickets at all on their cards. We played the big ball drop game twice. Hit jackpot for 566 tickets! Awesome! I couldn't wait to give my tickets to my cousin visiting from SC. Just kidding. It didn't award us anything. We went to the prize counter for help. Something was wrong with the computer and she was very busy so she told us to wait and she would find us later. We waited for her entire prize line to be helped and saw a different employee. He passed us off again so we waited again. By the time we got to any answers, she told us that the game showed we won nothing. The best she could do was give us back what we paid for the game. I understand you can't just give away 500 tickets to anyone who claims to have won the jackpot but even the customer service getting to this point was awful. I felt very unwelcome and robbed of my money. I won't be returning with my family any time soon.
