Secondly I haven’t tipped at any other machine washes before. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to here. Although I didn’t get any such impression here.
Love this place. If you are not satisfied they will make it right with you. I had never had a problem, till I took my finances truck there. As normal got in to drive away and noticed nothing had been done on the inside. I paid for the most expensive wash you could get. Talked to the manager, and he got it straightened out
Decent full service car wash the only issue I have had other than good service is they could do a little better job cleaning the interior windows. Other than that I am pretty pleased. I have since just asked the sales person to make sure they hit the interiors good.
The only two things would be when I wash it myself I use a much cleaner microfiber cloth. I would prefer same if they can do it to avoid swirl marks.
Always purchase the ocean wash just because it's nice to have everything cleaned inside and out will say three out of four times I have been there I've had to ask them to rewash it because bugs were not off the front of vehicle or still on mirrors
They did really a great job with my jaguar F pace when I did the basic wash. Exterior was super clean. I would give 5 stars because I believe the basic wash was totally worth it. They hand dry pretty neat.
All around great service! All the employees were so friendly! The workers kicked ass washing our Acadia making it look good before my trip! Even tho they were super busy that early morning that made sure Tue cars were super clean and done with pure perfection! One of the best ones in the Quad Cities!!! Highly recommend this place!!!
