I walked around the store a few times and couldnt find an employee to help me find what I was looking for in my size. I wont be shopping at this location
Managment needs to focus on her gìrls that are hiding in the back rooms talking and texting on their phones. Thy need meetings on customer service and that the customer is always right no matter what till they walk out. They need to be taught to speak to others with kindness and respect and im talking about to costomers. Moline il store manage ment needs more training in how to handke things. They tried to make me move out of line and let the easy customers go before me per the manager. I said no I waited like evertone else they can wait too. Look it up also had 200 dollars emptied out of my account. Why dont they put it back! And im still shopping in there. 2 months nothing has truly been done
Do not go to this store. They accuse you of putting merchandise under your clothes if you are wearing sweats!! Then make you leave when alls you wanted to do is get a gift for a friend!!
The staff is very attentive to their customers. Very helpful and friendly. Manager Allie rocks. I am in their monthly and always a fun and special experience.
