I have used these guys in the past and always do a top notch job. Today, I had to postpone an appointment due to an emergency and when I called the te technician , he was so nice and understanding. I will continue to use Doug's in the future.
Had a problem with our AC. Dougs sent out a tech and the AC running cool again with in the hour. Didn't try to sell anything new, told us what to expect with the model AC unit we had and that was it. Great, fast service.
