My uncle had treatments there..on his last treatment he was walked out by two nurses, he said they dropped him..so when I called after he passed to question it a week later since we were busy with everything else, I talked to JoAnn...I asked her a few questions about his treatment and about him which she answered. Then I brought up him being dropped that's when she said she would have to talk to my uncle BEFORE she could tell me anything..well that sounds like she was covering something up,so we drove over to the office and I asked to speak to JoAnn,well another lady came out and took us back and talked to us,after seeing that we had the correct paper work we asked her questions about my uncle.She could reassure us he was NOT dropped cause she was on the floor that day...ok well she was not with him the whole time..I felt like she was telling me since they didn't report it and it didn't happen,so I asked the obvious ,maybe they didn't report it..she more or less said that couldn't have happened so I guess my uncle just imagined being dropped
