Lady was rude who answered the phone had no people skills. I had all the info they required but she insisted on talking with my wife during which made her upset. I told the lady I can answer her questions which she responded if your wife can't then you'll have to call back when she can. I said it's ok I'll take our money elsewhere. Found a better place to goto. Get away from Robert young which is owned by unity point. Goto mayo if you can.
Been going to Robert Young for years and it's always full of problems. Lost paperwork and prescriptions. Doctors who rush you through their office and dismiss any concerns that are too complicated. Medical professionals have outdated training and knowledge that doesn't support modern understandings of mental health issues. I'd switch if there was other mental health providers in the area that accept medicaid, but alas this is my only option.
