I've been with Tim Clifton for a number of years after switching from State Farm and have to say that I am more than highly satisfied with the care and quality service provided. There has never been an issue and Tim is prompt to return any calls or emails. Tim has always had mine and my family's best interests at heart.
I saved a lot of $ switching from my old insurance co to american family a few months ago. I came in to see the agent, but he was in an appointment. The girl at the back of the office(I cannot remember her name for the life of me) offered to put me in the system and get me started until he was available. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me my coverage options. Once the agent Tim was done he came out and introduced himself to me and went over the quotes that the girl did for me. He was very honest with me about how all insurance companies have rate increases each year, which was very kind and surprising of him to let me know since my old insurance co did not tell me that. Thank you Tim & staff for taking the time to explain insurance to me! I have not been here for very long but I can tell I wont be disappointed!
