My fiance and I worked with Diana. She was excellent! She helped educate us about the 4 C's of diamond shopping and showed us several gorgeous diamonds. When Kay didn't have what we wanted to look at in store, she ordered it in to the store. Diana was professional and followed up with us weekly by phone.
