I rented a home back in 2014 and my landlord used Millers because there cleaning prices were less expensive than others. The saying goes, "Sometimes less expensive isn't better.. You get what you pay for"! They did a crappy carpet cleaning job to say the least and had to bring in Stanley Steamers to redo the carpets. I almost questioned if they got cleaned the first time. I also used Millers for duct cleaning the same day and I had to get that redone too. The other company showed my vents after Miller cleaned it and it was filthy. I called Millers to complain and did not offer any money back. When the other duct cleaning company finished, they had a garbage full of animal hair and dirt. They took pictures of the inside of vents and the stuff they took out of it. It was disgusting! Still Millers didn't care. They costed me 800 dollars to get things recleaned. Unprofessional-don't waste your time or money!
I had Millers come out to clean my very stained white carpet, I thought the carpet was beyond saving, after they were done they carpet was almost as good as new. They were very professional and worked fast. The pricing was very resonable as well. I would definately recommend.
I had to give them one star to post this publicly, but I wouldn't have rated them anything higher than a zero. I'm posting to save others from this company.
