As a first time customer, I found the female receptionist to be barely cooperative and mostly lethargic in assisting me. On all encounters, it was obvious she spends the vast majority of time taking personal phone calls and will offer you an unfriendly attitude for having the audacity to interrupt her. I found my storage dirty and had to clean it myself. I would suggest using one of the numerous other storage facilities in the area. Shame on the owner for having this individual as their representative. Location sucks and on busy street. Go elsewhere.
