Great discounts & sales but the line at the cash register seems to move slower with each shopping visit. ....which is unfortunate because one of the more beneficial discounts requires you to redeem "Kohl's Cash" at a future visit.

Kohls is a nice store. It's clean and has a great selection of clothes. The problems are restrooms at the back of the store. When you're in a hurry to use it you need it at the entrance. Doors should be the push out kind so you could push them open with your feet instead of touching it and who knows what other people have put on the door. It's always a clean and organized store. The prices are high though.
Customer service needs more training regarding exchanges with online orders.
