I Loved this Wal-Mart store, very clean! Has good product! And specially two ladies both are names Denise at Money Center very nice, friendly, helpful, polite, and lovely ladies!
The Moline store is my favorite destination for the necessities of my family. The employees are very gracious and willing to go above and beyond for the customers. I ordered my item online and within days it arrived on schedule. The associate at the pick up desk made the transaction quick. She was very professional! In the future I will have all my online purchases shipped to this store.
Wouldn't even give one star but no choice. Their pharmacy staff is terrible! I have repeatedly had issues with them not utilizing my insurance properly and today was the worst. I went to get prescriptions yesterday and when an issue with my insurance happened, rather than hold them up since one had not even been filled, said I would come back today. Today, the one they had filled still not correct with insurance and other not even filled. I had waited 20 minutes to get to the counter because of line. Not my issue but once I did get service was sent to drop off for that girl to straighten out charges since it was not completed previous day as indicated. After it was, she told me I'd have to go to the back of a then even longer line to get the one she had in hand. I would then have to wait for other that was supposed to be ready but wasn't even started. I made it known not happy and was not going to back when I was at front. She walked away back to her drop off post. I asked to talk to Mgr and the entire staff looked shocked and didn't respond, I had to insist and still no movement for a few minutes until they relized I wasn't leaving and one of the pharmacists said to page. Finally the deop off girl paged and I waited, then they gave me the one that was ready and I waited. One girl said she went to fitting room to page and I waited like 20 minutes and said forget it and left. I then proceeded to call the store, wish I would have while standing there. Funny only a couple of minutes until I reached Tabitha who said she didn't hear a page. After speaking to her, I asked for the store Mgr Jeff who also said he didn't hear a page. He didn't seem overly concerned and asked if there was a pharmacist because they have their own Mgr. There were 2 on duty but neither said anything and didn't try to be helpful. Needless to say, my prescriptions will not be filled there ever again nor will I shop there period! The worst customer care, inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior.
You have affordable prices but produce is lousy, the store is generally just not clean feeling, it's hard to find any help especially getting a key cut. Selection is limited, and store brand stuff is hit or miss. You can however pick up ammo, a jug of motor oil, a grill, plants, seasonings, pants and laundry soap and a 6 pack of beer, all in the same place.
Not exactly my favorite place simply on the principle of the matter of the way they do business and the way they treat their employees. But they have a lot of variety and a few of the items that they carry I can't find anywhere else (locally anyway). The parking lot is actually nice because the spaces for the cars are roomy enough. And the self-checkout is a breeze so there's really little time ever spent waiting in line if you check yourself out. I usually prefer other stores unless it's just a quick trip (because Walmart is very close to my house), or if it is something that I can't find at other stores (like the Street Kitchen seasoning mixes, they are wonderful, and it's worth going to Walmart just to buy those).
