When I asked the salesman about a discount if I bought multiple items, he literally rolled his eyes, turned to the person next to him and said"See how they are." I went to Banworth & Udelhoven and spent twice as much money because of the better selection and kind saleswoman, Melinda. The salesman was a snob and their cheap furniture sucked. I'm greatful I went elseware.
I bought a sofa the salesman told me that in 4 weeks it would be ready and that was it in 4 weeks I was ready to pick up the condition of the sofa still new
Ordered furniture at the beginning of April on a back order program. I was told it would be 8-10 weeks. I am not happy with the fact it has been double the wait time, however after speaking to the owner I was pleased that he was willing to work with me to make the situation better. Once I am sitting on my new furniture I will be happy to raise my rating.
Ordered nice recliner and sofa at end of March, got good deal but was told approximately 8-12 weeks for it. It's now been over 6 months and still nothing.
Mom bought a furniture set over $1300. Dan i think was his name said it would be ready in 8 weeks. I guess the fabric she wanted was discontinued but they just forgot to tell her for 3 weeks. Now here we are 6 months later and my mom is no closer to her set than she was when she ordered it. And they have a no refund policy and im guessing for times just like this. Buyers beware *edit* here we are in October and my mom is not any closer to her furniture than she was when she ordered it. Will be contacting the BBB and may seek legal action. Enough is enough
