I was very disappointed. My steering wheel had been shaking and I figured I needed a realignment. I took my car to farm and fleet and walked in. The lady at the desk was very nice. I told her what was going on and how I thought I'd need a realignment and she told me that i probably would just need to get my tires balanced. Since I'm not the professional, I said "that sounds good. Whatever will fix this steering wheel issue". I came to pick up my car and there was a man behind the desk this time. He showed me that my car's alignment was terrible and that I should get my two front tires replaced. I said how I originally thought I'd need a realignment. I then asked if the tire balance job they did should fix the tire shaking problem at least and he said that "it should". I thanked him for his help and told him that I would come to get my tires realigned soon. I get in my car, start to drive, and the steering wheel is shaking like crazy. I PAID MONEY FOR A BALANCE FOR NO REASON. I came in figuring that I'd need to get my tires aligned but I trusted the professionals! I would have never paid to get them balanced in the first place if I knew that it was entirely an alignment issue! Very very disappointed.
Always a great place to shop. It's a wonderful store. Worth driving around the construction!
Was great. I found the part that I needed and 2 other items in under 15 min. Talked to 3 people to find one item. I searched for it online and found 2 in the store. Eventually you will find the correct person to talk to! Thanks for your help!
