Has a good selection. Not as expensive overall as Home Depot, but not as inexpensive as Menard's. Lousy customer service. Was trying to flag down someone to help me in the window dressings area. No call button for overhead help. Nobody nearby. Finally consulted Google and figured it out. This is how it normally is, unless you get a hold of a teenager, which is 75% of the time. The other 25% you will get a knowledgable professionable who knows the store layout and has recommendations for your project.
Love the deals they have on flowers! Large selection of items in every department in all price ranges. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable about their products which is a big plus for me!

It's right down the hill from is for quick shopping hardware visits! The paint department and plumbing department is what saved this from not being lower cuz everytime I have needed help people were there and very knowledgeable! They told me what I needed to do to to fix things and what kind of paint to use! Any other departments good luck finding anyone to help you never seems to be anyone around to help! Lumber is expensive and not a lot of good choices either!!! For everything else I take the extra drive to Menard's!!!
My husband and I went to Lowes to buy all 4 appliances, there was a kind lady in appliances that helped us find a refrigerator to fit our measurements. This is all the kind ratings I can give, for everything else has been a NIGHTMARE! Leaf our salesman told us they had the stove, microwave, and dishwasher but will have to get the refrigerator from Davenport. We were to get all this in a couple weeks! Couple days before Mothers Day they called and said will be delivered on Mothers Day. Husband called on Saturday night to see what time and they said they will call in morning. Beings it was Mothers Day and had plans we put all plans on hold. Mothers Day morning husband called and they said all they have is our microwave! WHAT! They couldn't locate anything else. We went down to store and then another employee named Jessica got involved and told us they were short with help. We were then told they found the dishwasher and stove and only missing refrigerator but they would find one and get it to us! Guess what!They couldn't find one but a NEW refrigerator would be coming for same price of the sale refrigerator with $200 off and it will match our set! Okay so they did deliver the 3 pieces on Mothers Day later and we went with what they said. Everyone makes mistakes. Three weeks later they call and say its here and will call in morning to tell us what time. For the second time we unloaded our refrigerator and was ready for them. Next morning they called and said it was dented! WHAT!!! They said have to reorder and be 2-3 weeks and $200.00 more off. So today is the day! They called yesterday and said it's in and we unloaded the refrigerator this morning and they arrived and finally we will have it! NOPE! Wrong color on side and the salesman originally ordered the wrong one and noone knows what to do but if we don't take this with gray sides instead of black like all rest then our handles won't match and now we have to reload old refrigerator again we just cleaned. IF YOU'RE TIRED OF READING THIS then you know how frustrated we are. Very poor service....and nothing settled yet.
