Make sure you understand what they're billing and set them straight on what you should be paying. You don't have to pay ahead, for your 'treatment plan'. Pay for only what you've used.
They're very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
Since this has been my dental office for a few years felt that was where I should call when I had a teeth issue. Have had quite a run around and will definitely be finding a dentist office that does more than cleanings and check ups. The office as a rule was less than caring and really don't care if I'm m in pain or not. Would NOT recommend this office to anyone. But they did remind me, like 4 times, I am due for a cleaning. REALLY. Maybe you should address the reason I came there first
Rusty assured us the amount he turned over to Care Credit would be it. This was not factual. We received an additional bill from Aspen for 202 dollars on top of the 470. 670 dollars for 4 fillings. Not sure if he does this to all elderly patients, but he needs to tell the truth. Told us we didn't need to read the 9 pages he gave us.
In and out in a timely manner. The staff and the Dr's are very friendly and helpful. I went on their veterans appreciation day. Not only did they fix what the Army dentist broke but, I also didn't have to pay a dime!
I'm assuming the dentist I got just graduated or maybe he's just not great. He drilled so hard into one of my teeth and drilled too far so I need to get a root canal now. When I say he was doing hard, I mean he was holding my face with one hand so he could push harder with the other. So my tooth was hurting (even though it didn't before he "filled my cavity) and I went back and he decided that I needed to get a root canal. Awesome. When I went back for my last cavity filling (we had paid for it all in advance) I'm pretty positive he filled the wrong tooth to the point of the dental assistant asked if he was sure that was the one but let him go on anyway. I just wanted my cavities filled, now I have to pay for a root canal and crown. Definitely will not be back.
