Here's the before and after pics of my teeth. I used to hide my teeth when I smiled and now I don't have to. Dr. Ma and Trinity are amazing and we have a lot of fun there. I never have to wait and if I show up early for my appointment I sometimes got in early. Shockingly it didn't hurt that bad either. Thanks for all the help and for my new smile!! Lmk. Got there and they took me back 2 minutes after I arrived. The dentist was very caring! The dental assistants Leslie and Andrea were amicable helpful very nice and caring! Love you guys ❤️
I absolutely love Dr. Kim, he is wonderful, quick and gentle! I am terrified of dentists but I drive almost 2 hours just to see him! He makes pulling teeth and fixing teeth a breeze! I would and do recommend him to anyone and everyone! I am also a diabetic and he takes that very seriously and allows me breaks at anytime!
Hi my name is Rebecca Hinton and I had good service at the dental office in moline secure dental. The girls at the front deck were very nice and were very helpful. Great service ladies. Dr. Ma and Trinity were the ladies who helped me in the back I had a great experience with them they explained everything to me and answered all off my questions great job ladies... Will be back for another visit and I will recommend secure dental to anyone in need of a dentist. GREAT JOB LADIES!
My most recent visit- They did not have my appointment scheduled, but they did get me in. This is not the first or second time they haven't had an appointment saved, for myself or my husband. I went in once and their computers were down, I was supposed to get a phone call to reschedule and no one ever reached out. Another instance, my husband was scheduled to have an extraction and we got to his appointment, for them to tell us that they don't do extractions that close to closing. They rescheduled and apologized for the error. They are all very nice, but the front desk is extremely unsuccessful. It is rather frustrating with a busy home and work schedule. I will have to say that the teeth cleaning is no where near the same as when I visited an actual Dental Hygienist at another local office. The work gets done, but that is all. I have been to far better dental offices. Due to the frustrations with setting up/arriving at appointments, I would not recommend them and have cautioned people in the past. My husband and I are still current patients there for the time being, but we have found another dentist for our son. Again, they are all very nice, but as a business, they have some work to do.
