I was in a lot of pain with broken Wisdom tooth and they were very understanding and compassionate to me. They pulled all three of my wisdom teeth and it was completely painless. They are helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend then to anyone who needs immediate assistance.
On phase 2 of 3 of my root canal, the doctors and dental assistants are phenomenal. After having an extremely large infection scraped clean because it was too large, having to place synthetic bone to replace the bone by my sinus cavity, and having my gums sewn back shut, Dr. Pirog knows how to clean up. He's extremely informative, efficient, and somehow I've been through oral surgery and don't need pain killers, so I feel something needs to be said there. The post may be a bit biased because I'm always in a better mood when leaving his office considering why I'm in there, but I would definitely recommend this great and professional staff to anyone.
BE WARNED, this place is a scam as far as I can tell. They use "cutting edge" technology including their cavity sensing camera. I had never had a cavity in my life and went to this place because of a promotional in the mail. They used the fancy instruments and told me that I had three cavities. They were rather adamant about filling them right then, but I declined because I wanted to think about it (and at the time, I didn't have insurance). I thought it was coincidental that I go to a new dentist with all of this equipment and they find cavities of which I have never had any in the past. I decided to try out another dentist that had been in the practice > 20 yrs and used conventional methods, and see what he had to say. Sure enough, it was determined I didn't actually have any cavities, teeth were in great shape. From this experience I will warn people that Moline Family Dental is mostly likely scamming at least some, if not many of their customers into filling teeth that don't actually have cavities. Since it is not possible to prove if you actually had a cavity after the filling is done, this appears the perfect scam. Some offices, especially corporate owned dentist offices can have certain quotas of work they are trying to meet quarterly. I am not sure if Moline Family Dental is actually corporate owned but wouldn't be surprised. Unfortunately, my wife (also no cavities in the past) has already succumbed to this scam and had a couple teeth filled by these people. She has had some zinging pain and other issues so far. I fear she will have problems down the road from getting fillings she never needed in the first place, especially if those fillings were not done well. What a horrible practice from someone who is suppose to be a "medical professional."
