I would buy and stick with AT&T just because of Adrian, one of the customer service representatives. He is incredibly patient, professional and polite. He spent an hour synching my new phone, while also politely answering others questions and ringing up a sale. He is super smart on all the tech yet can explain it all super simple for his customers. Always goes the extra mile every time.

My husband and I have had AT&T service for years and lived in several locations around the country. This is by far the best service we've had anywhere. Our consultant, Matthew Roe, was absolutely outstanding. When we told him we needed broadband access for a new tablet we'd just purchased, he found a way to give us another tablet -- with the hotspot we needed -- for only a dollar, and he set us up with a data plan, and he REDUCED the amount of our current monthly bill! Matthew is the first AT&T consultant to let us know we qualified for a military discount, too.
