They told me that they were a whole new crew and I believe them! Lol great service and everyone was so eager to help me. They just made a life long customer
Extremely terrible! They smoke, eat, and get drunk right in the store. I was lied to about services. I was told I had to pay $50 a month, yet the bill for every month was $80, when I got back to ask where the extra $30 was coming from, they said they didn't know and to call the Sprint number. The Sprint number sent me to manager of the store. It has been 3 months already and I have not gotten any answers.
Terrible service, purchased galaxy S7 edge in store, they dont care about you or their service. They care about their ability to get you out the door so they can return to cursing loudly, so loud you can hear from outside the store down the hall. No information regarding the mail in rebate was given asked and she told me it would come in the mail. Called support week and a half later to find out they were supposed to give me a form to mail in in store with the purchase. (Come to find out it takes 3-5 weeks for the mail in rebate and on top of that this terrible store wasted an additional week and a half with their incredibly poor service) They will take your money give you poor service and think nothing of it. Better off on sprints support number for any and all account services, upgrades, and support.
Drove 20 minutes father because I was told "you are in luck I have only one of those phones left". Only to be told that he couldn't sell the phone he offered me. Bait and switch at it's worst. No offer to make a better deal on anything else. Just lying to try to get a sale. Didn't work this time. I'll let a more honest sales person order me one.
