We had a terrible experience when we tried switching over at the Metro PC they didn't accept our credit card after completing the switch, we couldn't pay for our phones at Metro so we didn't quit have a service.

I purchased a phone from here a week ago, the lady could hardly speak English, let alone help me find what I was looking for. On top of it all I referred my brother to get the same phone I did, and the lady told him she didn't have time to port in his number. I love my phone and my service.. But boost mobile customer service is the worst I have EVER encountered at a phone company!
Horrible! I love boost mobile i have never had a complaint with the service and i love the prices. However after visiting this location i am seriously considering switching carriers. The worker was rude and not at all helpful she wouldnt let me get the plan i wanted that was clearly advertised all over the store she told me i can just do it myself online. i dont know how this store is staying open because you cant make money turning people away. Stay away horrible service!!!!
