We had our Teddy Bear groomed at the Moline location a few months ago...compared to Kate at the Davenport location it was okay...the groomer did not use whitener...did not clean his face very well...within 2 days he had an odor and looked dirty...this never happened when we took him to the Davenport store...worse yet we were charged more...for s whole lot less...I wasn't going to say anything ....that is until today when someone from the Moline store called me saying they had not seen him in some time and asked if we were going to schedule him for an appointment? I explained to her that at this time we couldn't as he was very I'll and the Vet did not want him bathed or groomed until he was fully recovered...Sat night after being taken outside Harley began vomiting be which continued for more then 24hrs...we almost lost our precious furbaby after he had ingested something unknown outside in the grass....we have spent more than 400.00 in Vet bills so far sadly with no answers...today Harley ate a few bites of chicken with rice and we are so grateful...Whoever called me from the Moline store seemed put off when I explained he was sick and we could not schedule him at this time...It would have been nice if she could have shown a bit of empathy in our situation...A "I'm sorry to hear this...or I hope he gets to feeling better soon" would have been nice to hear....I realise it's your living...but Harley is family to us and we love him beyond words....Today was not the day to address this in this tone with me....Kate in Davenport loves Harley....and Harley loves her..We only chose the Moline location due to the bridge work...After today we will find a way to take Harley to Davenport...even if it's inconvenient...at least we know he is cared about and it's not just about the money....I hope the person who called me will learn a valuable lesson from today...Our pets are on in amore then your businesses profit....they hold special meaning to their families....when they are hurting....we hurt....Today...I just want my Harley to be live to see be his 3rd birthday next week....

Good customer service. Cute animals to show the kids. Can also adopt shelter pets there.

Really need to sign up for the PetPerks card in order to get a decent price on anything. It's free and doesn't hit your credit or anything, it's just a store discount card. Prices are decent and they have puppy training sometimes.

Clean and organized store. Polite and helpful employees. Always a great shopping experience.

The grooming area is good and most of the staff are nice.
