The staff is always friendly and usually decently knowledgeable. The problem I have is that the animal cages are far too small. Especially the cats that are up for adoption. You'll find that with most chain pet stores, though.
Got everything I need for all the hairballs living at home. They have a good selection and can get expensive but clerk helped find coupons for alot of stuff i was buying.
They're pretty expensive...but WHAT isn't now-a-days

A very friendly staff that always greets you at the door as you come in!!! Very good with our dogs when we bring them!!! 2 ladies and one guy that are very knowledgeable on products there!!! The ladies that groom our dogs are absolutely fantastic and do a great job!!!
