Not compassionate! As a patient of his you are not allowed to make a mistake. I had one appointment. We scheduled a test. I had to reschedule the test due to a sick child. On the new day I had the wrong time. I showed up an hour late. He dropped me. I realize that it was my fault for putting the wrong time down but it was ONE mistake. I was hopeful that he would be the one who would figure out what is going on but I was wrong. Very rude and disappointing,
My first visit. Staff polite, courteous and displayed sense of humor. My wait was not long-10-15 minutes. Dr saw me shortly after nurse put me in room. He was thorough, spent adequate time, listened well and even gave me some very good advice for an issue outside the scope of my visit.
