Where do I start? Oh yes it would be to say I never want to have anything to do with an office like this.
This office is a joke. I definitely will never recommend them to anyone
They gave me the wrong instructions on the medication I was supposed to take, and when they called they asked about the medication If i was taking it every day twice a day. I said no because I was told to take it for two weeks. Well need less to say I was supposed to take it every day for three months.
When it took another THREE weeks for scheduling to call me back and I informed the representative I wanted nothing to do with the office and was told I would be called by the office manager--of course I wasn't.
Well where do i begin.
If I could leave a zero I would. They test and test with no results, tons of money and a false diagnosis. We had to go to Iowa City to get a correct diagnosis of Crohns for our son. Iowa City was appalled at the lack of care or treatment of our son.
I have already requested a referral to another provider, spoken with scheduling, completed my medical history and set up an appointment all in one call.
When I received another letter stating I was unable to be reached to schedule an appointment!!! Even though I had already SPOKEN to someone and stated I was not going to use their services.
When I returned a call from scheduling I received two weeks after mailing said forms and was rudely interrupted by the staff member who answered and dropped to voice mail.
When I was called again several weeks later by the same scheduling department trying to set up an appointment. Obviously I did not return the voice mail.
They proceeded to give my instructions witch were inaccurate of what the paper told me. And never had a call after the 7-10 days following the procedure. I left two messages and it took seven more days to get a return call only to tell me nothing was wrong. To top it off I was ran into the wall by the nurse taking me to surgery.
When I receive a letter within days of being sent a medical history packet threatening to "tattle" on me to my primary care physician because I did not IMMEDIATELY send back the forms. This was early March. I could not schedule any procedure until mid June.
I would highly consider going somewhere else.
When I stopped in to the office to drop off the forms only to be completely ignored by the staff even though I was seen waiting to speak to someone.
This office NEVER returns a phone call, or communicates! I chose to go somewhere else.
My first appointment I went there and finished my appointmeny only to never be followed up with.
Three months later did the follow up appointment they put take on my arm to hold the IV in and when they ripped it off it pulled my skin off, which has never happened to me.
I have tried to just schedule an initial appointment with these folks for 3 weeks. The management of this office is suspect at best. I advise potential patients to keep looking, and not stop here!!
