Unfortunately I didn't get the vehicle I was supposed to have, and all they had was a very large SUV. It got horrible milage, but they waived the refill bill. I received an e-mail at 6:30 am telling me my mini van was ready to be picked up. I arrived at 7:00 am (which is when they are supposed to be open) and no employee or lights on. The employees didn't arrive until 7:10 and did not apologize at all for the inconvenience, nor did they seem to care.

I've been using Enterprise for work related rentals for some time, but had a need to rent a van for a family outing this past weekend. I only needed the vehicle for just one day, which was a Sunday. I was happy to see that Enterprise at our local airport was open and the cost for just one day was very economical. It was great to have room for extra family members. I always enjoy the fact that reserving a vehicle, checking in and dropping the vehicle off only take a matter of minutes.
