Good experience, would give a five but the car was a little dirty on outside bugs was on there from previous renter, staff pleasant on early return
Went in to rent a car and was tricked into buying the optional insurance because I was in a rush. I understand I should have slowed down and read the fine print, however I was told to "initial here, here, and here" and did so thinking that it was necessary. I hope National reads this as well as the employee who deceived me. If you walk up to the counter and see an obese young Mexican man with an Apple Watch be alert. Very dissatisfied and will tell everyone I know to avoid this company.
