Our sales guy, Steve Paytash was wonderful! Felt he was honest and laid everything on the line. I give him five stars! However, I want everyone to beware of the financing end of things. Discussed all of the extras, ex. extended warranties, etc. Only wanted two of the four options. Wound up getting billed for all four, tacking on almost $3000 we did NOT want!! We had to talk to manager to get it taken care of. It is in the process of getting refunded, but just want to let people know to take your time and read your paperwork so this doesn't happen to you!

The experience that I had at Courtesy Nissan was great. Jennifer (I think that was her name) kept up with me throughout the week to keep us informed of the progress of the repair. The work was completed within the time frame that she communicated in the initial discussion. She contacted me on Friday and told me the vehicle was complete. She communicated with the Service Manager that was covering on Saturday and I had no issues picking the car up on Saturday. When I picked the car up, the Service Manager went over the paperwork with me and explained what had been repaired. I have had a reasonably loud noise on the vehicle for quite some time. I had attributed it to tire noise because it was there when I was still running on the original tires and it actually seemed to get worse when the new tires were installed about 6 months ago. I was pleasantly surprised and elated to find out that the technician that tested the vehicle had noticed it, had looked into the cause of the noise, had diagnosed it as a failing wheel bearing and had also repaired it. This made for an extremely pleasurable drive back home! We also truly appreciated the use of your courtesy car while our car was being repaired. This made it convenient during the week it was being repaired and also helped tremendously with the logistics of picking up our vehicle after the service was completed. Thanks for a great service experience!
Excellent service as always. No long wait time. I've already told my friends where I have my car service for their future reference. What you do is exceptional. I can't think of anything you need to improve. Keep up the great service
From the moment I walked into the service area and was greeted by Shawn everything was in a double plus rating. For the amount of time I spent there was more than reasonable with the issue I had. I had a low tire pressure light when I left to go to courtesy and the technician put air In the tires and made sure the light was off. Shawn told me the cars don't leave Courtesy if there's a low tire pressure light on they make sure it goes off before they leave. the entire store was more than acceptable and everyone was more than courteous. what a pleasure to do business with Courtesy.
