Wouldnt buy a car from them if they were the last dealer on earth! Went there to buy a new car. They didnt budge off the window sticker price...ok. But then offer BELOW rough condition wholesale value for my very clean trade in. Then proceed to insult my intelligence by telling me they dont go by blue book, but use another site. To which I pulled up the value off the site he quoted me and then he tells me well we dont use that. We go off of auction reports. I happen to already know what their sister store was willing to give another dealer for my car so I know his trade in value for my car was bull. Walked away and bought my car somewhere else. One week later I get a letter in the mail from a lending agency - they did a hard run on my credit when we had not even discussed WHICH car I would buy nor agreed upon the value of my trade in. A bunch of crooks!!

What a joke! I took my 2011 T&C mini van in for a recall, an oil change, and a few diagnostic tests for a/c and back up camera, blind spot assist issues. My appointment was at 9am. I got there at about 8:30, it took 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to write me up after being paged 2 times by someone I assume to be a salesman. I found him in the show room. Then after that 10 minutes it took the guy about 15 minutes to type it all up by pecking out each letter and it took him 3 times to get the VIN right after writing it down at the car and then having to go back to the car to re check. He then told me it would be $114 for the diagnostics. Ok, that is expensive but understandable. So, the nice shuttle driver brought me and my 2 year old home. A few hours later, the service writer (Different guy from who typed me in) called to tell me the run down on the other costs. Total was going to be about $3k for everything. So I tell him the oil change and the recall work is the only thing I want done today, he said, great it is already done and the shuttle driver would call to pick me up. SO I get back there and the cashier says, $283. I said how can it be that expensive with the diagnostics charge and an oil change. She calls the service manager up and he says the $114 is PER HOUR. I said that the first person said it would be $114 and did not mention per hour. So he says, "Well what do you want me to do about it?' I said I only want to pay one $114 fee as I was told this morning. So he walks away in a scuff and says, "Well I guess I just won't pay my guy today!" So a few minutes later he comes back and the second $114 charge is removed but he was not happy about it and I said he needed to discuss it with the guy that wrote me up this morning. I think they added that after I said I didn't want the other work done. I will not take my car back there.
Poor warranty work, have had two issues related to their work and now have to drive form an hour away to see if they can fix it right this time.
