Kris was great to work with and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. He walked me through all of the technology on the inside which would have taken me a few days to figure it all out. We were looking for a pretty specific vehicle to get the features we wanted at the right price. After 3-4 months of searching, we found that vehicle at McLaughlin. We worked with Dan Machu on our purchase. He sent a video specifically addressing our questions right after I inquired about the vehicle and even negotiated the price over the phone on his day off. We ended up driving 5 hours round trip the next day to make sure the van checked out and it seemed to be in excellent condition.
I recently purchased a Mazda 3 from McLaughlin Motors in Moline, IL. Customer service is extremely important to me and I would personally not purchase a vehicle from any dealership that has poor service. I visited many dealerships prior to the purchase and several would have received a poor rating. I was greeted in a friendly manner from Jon and the first question wasn't "What I was wanting to spend". Jon took the time to ask questions about what was important to me in choosing a car, my long term goals with keeping a car, in order to establish if the Mazda was a good fit for me. They negotiated a price that worked well for both sides and the process was painless. The finance staff greeted me prior to the process to inform me of what to expect. Paperwork was reviewed in a thorough and timely manner as well as all questioned answered. Jon was outstanding and I left feeling like we both met a new friend. I would highly recommend Jon as well as McLaughlin to friends and family!
