The salesman was either lack of knowledge or dishonest. I was told the 2016 Corolla was a trade in and I still have a year of maintenance warranty. I discovered that it has no maintenance warranty since it is a rental car when I brought my car in for tire rotation. I was not informed it was a rental car.

Had car 3 weeks and it would not start. Called after 12pm on a Saturday. All I was told was to wait until Monday for Service department. Not call Toyota care, not anything helpful. I call Toyota care and they sent a tow truck and found I had a bad battery. A 3 week old car. It had acid coming out of the battery so not that I could just change it myself. Thanks Hiland. So Toyota care is taking care of the car I had to rent from Saturday to Monday as I explained to Hiland I was going on my Honeymoon and did they have a service car? I was no and they could not help me and I had to wait until Monday. Even the service department was like, oh, your battery is leaking acid? Well can you drive it in at 1:15? Um, no, the car does not start. Then was told I had to get it there. Asked if they had a car for me as my rental was due back at 1, they said no. Worst service. I will check Smart from now on. You got my money on truck, nothing else.

I probably purchased more cars there than anywhere in the Quad Cities. Mostly because the sales staff are informative and not pushy. The service is top flight, your car will come back to you cleaner than when it went in. The wait area has water and coffee a newspaper or 2 and plenty of brochures. Very clean and tidy. My sales man always stops to small talk. We always look at new models and he answers every question.

Took my van in for a recall repair. I was told two hours it was almost 4 hours. I was never offered a ride or a loaner vehicle. When I was told it was done the service guy couldn't find my keys. I was told to wait outside they pull it around for me at which point that it hadn't been washed it. I stood in the driveway of the service area waiting for it to get washed. They pull it around dripping wet in. Also the clock wasn't reset for me. I really feel like the it's the attention to details that really make a difference. They really miss the mark today.

The workers who helped us look at the car were very knowledgeable and willing to help. They were able to answer all of our questions and did not try to pressure us into getting the car.
