I've dealt with this dealership for years, and have always been dealt with fairly and honestly. So when I was in the market for a 2013-2015 Honda Accord Touring, I was pleased to see one available at Zimmerman. Although the sales staff, and to a lesser degree the service staff, has changed over the years, they all are brought into the Zimmerman way off dealing with customers, which is a reflection of Mark Zimmerman, the owner. No gimmicks or tricks, no screaming, crazy car commercials, and no pressure to not let you out of the door without making a sale. You'll find a respectful, well informed staff that will assist you, and treat you with dignity. Their prices are usually as good, if not better than the other guys in town. Most people dread stepping into a car dealership, and with good reason. Let me assure you, no such anxiety is necessary here.

Our sales rep was Randy Hill and we loved him! He was very pleasant and likable. He also knew his product and was never pushy with us. We were there several times before making our final decision and he remained so patient! Call RANDY HILL!! He is the best!

They go the extra mile to help make a good deal happen. Our sales rep Aaron and the finance dept. stayed late after closing to cope with my family's hectic schedule. That was much appreciated. Then Doug was extremely thorough in explaining the vehicle upon pick up. Even sat in the car explaining and programming all the new features with me.

Would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat.

We had just decided to buy a car so I was looking at cars online. I had shown an interest in several cars at several dealerships because I wasn't at all sure what I wanted. The first and might I add, only one to call us was Marty one of the salesman from Zimmerman Honda. We spoke for what seemed like a short time and scheduled an appointment for that evening. On the phone Marty was polite and professional. We arrived and Marty told us he had picked out a couple cars he thought we might like and would show us those along with the cars I had liked online. He handed us a set of keys and pointed us toward a Red Equinox. he said we could start with that one and left us alone with it while he went to get us a drink. This was the first and only vehicle we looked at. It was love at first sight. This is one very nice SUV. It looks great, runs wonderfully and has every option I have ever wanted, as well as a few I didn't even know were available. All of that and was comfortably in our price range. Needless to say we bought it. We left that night, after securing MY car with a small deposit and setting an appointment to return because we hadn't yet gone to our bank. That night while researching the vehicle I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the deal we were getting on my Equinox was approximately $4000 less than the average cost of the same vehicle with the same options in our area of the U.S. The actual purchasing part of car buying is usually quite tedious and can suck all of the joy from the experience. Not this time Marty and Blake, the awesome finance manager at Zimmerman didn't Let that happen. Blake was even able to get us a better rate than we would have gotten at our bank.As I was getting ready to drive off into the sunset behind the wheel of my beautiful new SUV, I stopped and told Marty what a wonderful salesman he was. How he had found the exact vehicle that I wanted when I hadn't known what I wanted. I asked him what his secret was, how he had managed to do such a fantastic job of that. He smiled and said you told me. For a moment I really hadn't remembered telling him all of the information he needed in that brief initial conversation we had, but Marty did. Now maybe it is because I am a woman who has been married for awhile but I was quite impressed that he had truly been listening to me. I can not thank Marty and everyone at Zimmerman Honda enough for making this by far, the very best car buying experience ever. If you are planning to buy a car I highly recommend Zimmerman Honda, and Marty.

I recently purchased a Honda CRV from Randy Hill at Zimmerman. Randy took the extra time to provide excellent service and explain the car and encouraged me to come back with any questions. Kyle, the Business Manager, was also very helpful and personable. I would highly recommend Randy and Kyle to anyone looking for a Honda.
