So far my experience has been good (I’ve only owned the car 3 days.) but part of the reason my husband and I liked our experience is because we came in and test drove a few cars and really weren’t pressured to buy anything that day. We couldn’t decide on which car we wanted but the salesman (Jamie) gave us a lot of personal attention and didn’t brush us off. The owner came out to talk to us and didn’t pressure us either. Had I felt pressured in any way I wouldn’t have come back. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy the extended warranty either (but chose to buy it for its value) and pretty much felt like we could walk in and walk out without being stalked or lied to which very important to us. How repairs and maintenance go remains to be seen but the buying experience was simple and low pressure and I would recommend Green to anyone.
Found the vehicle online and did most of the deal via email before we made the hour drive to the dealership. Was VERY glad Jessica was so willing to answer questions this way and even did a video walk around of the vehicle for me to get a closer look at everything. When we went to look at it she had it indoors and had it displayed like we were buying a brand new car! They were very easy to deal with and made the whole buying experience very enjoyable. We even kept them there past closing and they were still making sure everything was taken care of before we left. Jessica did an excellent job taking care of us and even followed up to make sure we got home ok. I would definitely use them again for future purchases and recommend them to others.
