I'm normally apprehensive when it comes to purchasing a new car. However, the staff at McLaughlin was incredible; they were exceptionally courteous and professional. They made the entire experience an enjoyable (and fun) one for my family. Kelly was our salesperson and she took care to answer all of our questions honestly and with great detail. In short, she was wonderful. Another great thing about this dealership is the service department; set up to get you in and out of there quickly and with the confidence knowing you were taken care of fairly - Beth was really great, she will make sure you get the best service!
Sherri was the only person that's pleasant. I would have loved to give this place a 5 star but I can't.

They messed up the paperwork and now we can't get our license plates for the vehicle and can't get an answer back from the people "trying to fix the problem" very unhappy to be honest
They offered to do the software update the same day. They were aware that I was traveling and had a business deadline to meet, so they worked on my vehicle immediately and I was able to make my meeting. GREAT service dept. and service advisor!
